Bring your bottleneck.

Bring one real frustration, project, or question and explore whether today's AI tools can help. Beginners and experienced users are both welcome.

Registration details will be added when Basalt Regional Library shares the event link.

Start with the friction

Bring the thing that keeps getting in your way.

Everyone has a task that takes too long, a problem they keep circling, or an idea they cannot quite move forward. Bring one real frustration, project, or question and explore whether today's AI tools can help.

You'll learn practical ways to communicate with AI, evaluate what it gives you, and keep your own judgment at the center.

What we'll practice

Turn one real problem into a practical next step.

01

Name the bottleneck

Start with the task, question, project, or frustration you actually want to move forward.

02

Work it through

Practice giving useful context, asking follow-up questions, and exploring where AI may—and may not—help.

03

Keep yourself in charge

Learn how to evaluate responses and use your own judgment to decide what belongs in the final answer.

Before you come

Bring a real problem and a ready device, if you can.

Bring your bottleneck

  • A task that takes too long, a project that is stuck, or a question you keep circling is a great place to start.
  • No technical experience or polished prompt is required.

Bring a device if possible

  • A laptop, tablet, or smartphone will help you take part in the hands-on work.
  • Come with enough battery for the full session.
