Bring your bottleneck.

Bring the task, problem, or everyday irritation that keeps wasting your time. You do not need to know whether AI can help. We will work through it together.

Start with your life

Start with the friction. Not the technology.

This session is built around ordinary problems, annoying tasks, tedious processes, confusing situations, and things that take too much time.

You do not need to arrive with something you think AI can solve. Bring the thing that bothers you. We will work through it together.

What we'll do together

Turn one real irritation into a practical next step.

01

Notice the friction

Identify what is actually difficult, confusing, repetitive, or time-consuming about the thing you brought.

02

Work it through

Break the problem into steps, add useful context, and explore where AI can and cannot be useful.

03

Keep yourself in charge

Practice checking results, protecting privacy, and using your own judgment to decide what belongs in the final answer.

Come as you are

Bring the thing that keeps getting in your way.

Good places to start

  • A form or document you hate filling out.
  • Something you research repeatedly or struggle to organize.
  • A project that feels too big to start, or planning that always turns into a mess.
  • Writing, choices, or a household task you keep putting off.

No AI plan required

  • You do not need prior AI experience.
  • You do not need a polished question or a business problem.
  • Bring a small, personal, practical problem. We will find a better way to approach it together.

Good to know

Questions, welcome.

Do I need to know anything about AI before I come?

No. This workshop begins with your real-life problem, not with a list of AI tools you are expected to understand.

What should I bring?

Bring a current task, problem, or irritation you would like to make easier. It can be personal, practical, or connected to work, school, or home.

How much does it cost?

The workshop is free. Registration is required because attendance is limited to 25 participants, with an unlimited waitlist.
