I found a way to separate two ChatGPT accounts on one phone

I wanted both my work and personal ChatGPT accounts available on one Android phone without constantly signing out and back in. The conversation moved through account switching and browser options before landing on Samsung Secure Folder, which can hold an independent copy of the app with separate account data and its own shortcut.

We also found an important limitation: the mobile-browser workaround did not give me Codex Remote. The chat established a setup that fit the phone and the separation I wanted. The source does not show that I completed the setup, so I am not claiming that I did. Sometimes the useful result is getting from a vague requirement to a workable, device-specific plan.
