I found out why Bluetooth disappeared and came back

Bluetooth stopped working on the repaired computer. I did the ordinary troubleshooting, including disabling or uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but I still did not understand what had happened. I gave ChatGPT computer access and let it examine the diagnostic logs.

The logs showed that the Bluetooth adapter had stalled, Windows had unloaded it, and it later restarted. By then Bluetooth had returned. There was no additional repair for either of us to perform at that moment. The useful answer was an explanation and permission to stop troubleshooting. It was a temporary stall, not another part I needed to buy or a new driver I needed to hunt down.
